Joining the Partnership

The main role of the Big Local Partnership is to make the decisions that are best for the Grace Mary to Lion Farm Big Local and in line with the GM2LF Big Local plan which was agreed after extensive consultations with local people. Another key role is building and strengthening relationships between the diverse individuals, groups, organisations and businesses within the GM2LF Big Local area.

Local people have decided that the partnership is best made up of up to eighteen people, thirteen of whom should be local residents. The Partnership is responsible for driving Big Local forward making sure it remains resident led with inclusivity and fair representation across the whole area.

Local people who live, work or volunteer in the Big Local area are welcome to join the partnership. There is a straightforward process in place which starts with the completion of the expression of interest form here.
