GM2LF Big Local Partnership invite you to join them on Saturday 11th June 2016 for a Big Local Clean for the Queen followed by a Queen’s Party in the Park to celebrate her Majesty’s 90th Birthday.
Clean ups start at 10am and are happening across the area. If you take part in a clean up, you will get FREE entry into the party afterwards. Everyone of all ages are welcome and equipment will be provided for tidying the areas up. (Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult). A prize will also be given for the area which collects the most rubbish.
The Queen’s Party starts at 2pm and will be held at Wallace Park in Wallace Close. If you are unable to make the clean up in the morning you are still more than welcome to join in with the fun at the party. (Please note entrance fees will be made)
The party will run until 5pm and there will be a wide range of fun and exciting activities to do. Children who come dressed as a Prince or Princess can also take part in the royal parade.
