This year, the Lion Farm community will again be running our Community Christmas Fair.
It will bring together St James School, Rounds Green Library, Unicorn Nursery, Sandwell Adventure Play Association, Lion Farm Action Centre, St James Church, and our local traders.
The event will include: Santas Grotto, fair rides, Craft stalls, Games and activities, refreshments and food.
The event will start our Christmas celebrations around the Estate and will be a great opportunity for everyone in our area to celebrate Christmas together.
The event starts at 4pm with the turning on of our Christmas lights.
St James Church will be hosting the Lion Farm Dance group and festive songs and music by the Ukulele band. There will also be a variety of stalls for buying those Christmas treats and information about local groups including stalls supporting the work of Lion Farm Action centre.
St James School will be a marketplace of games, activities, stalls and plenty of fun.
Many stalls will be selling crafts and other Christmas present ideas for you to buy.
Main refreshments and more stalls and games will be available in Rounds Green Library and will be supported by Sandwell Adventure Play Association.
This year the Unicorn Nursery will be hosting Santa for the night with a range of stalls, games and refreshments
The local traders on the Lion Farm are supporting the event by providing the opportunity to order your turkey and share a variety of tasty treats to share with all your family
Finally there will be our usual fairground rides and games on the Lion Farm Shops carpark.
It’s all set to be a magical start to Christmas.
