Grace Mary to Lion Farm (GM2LF) Big Local Partnership together with Portway Lifestyle Centre held a Community Festival on Saturday 1 August. The day was a huge success with over 250 people attending from near and far.
People had the opportunity to take part in a wide range of free activities including; the climbing wall, trampolining, badminton, archery, gym inductons, zumba, pilates, kids dance, boxercise, football coaching, sumo rugby, target football, dodge football and a lads and dads kick about.
Also supporting the event and in the hall on the day were the Community Offer Scheme for Rowley Regis and Tividale, Mytime Health giving free BMI tests and offering free individual health plans and Portway Family Medical Practice providing free blood pressure tests.
